Movimiento circular que se asemeja a un sacacorchos, de ahí su nombre en español.
Cómo realizar el ejercicio Corkscrew (sacacorchos) en Pilates
Objetivo:
Incremento de la fuerza en los músculos de la zona abdominal.
Preparación, previa al movimiento:
Inhalar mientras estás acostado boca arriba y con los brazos extendidos sobre el suelo, en los costados. Mientras se exhala hay que extender las piernas hacia el techo.
Ejecución:
Teniendo las piernas en esa posición (extendidas hacia arriba), crea un semicírculo con ellas juntas, sin separarlas, primero llevándolas hacia la derecha, pensando que el eje central de tu cuerpo es un sacacorchos gigante.
Cuando hayas terminado el semicírculo y tengas las piernas sobre tu cabeza, continua este movimiento hacia la izquierda para cerrar el círculo, exhalar ahí.
Repeticiones: 6-8 veces
