Objetivo:
Realizando este ejercicio se fortalece lacara interior de los muslos, la espalda y los abdominales.
Cómo realizar el ejercicio Teaser (bromista) en Pilates
Preparación, previa al movimiento:
Posición inicial, decúbito supino. Ahora, hay que poner los abdominales en tensión y llevar el ombligo hacia adentro. Estando tumbado, llevar las rodillas hacia el pecho, pero con las piernas extendidas (ángulo 65º).
Ejecución:
Entonces, hay que elevar y estirar los brazos por encima de la cabeza. Inhala, y en el momento de exhalar extiende totalmente las piernas separándolas del suelo, controladamente.
Cuando hayas llegado a posicionarte en postura “V”, puedes ir volviendo poco a poco a tu postura inicial, cayendo lentamente, vertebra a vertebra en la colchoneta.
Repeticiones: 3 a 5 veces para empezar. Máximo 10.
